what are the human rights implications of the Hobby Lobby Ruling?

one of the big news stories in the last cycle is about how Lawyers defending detainees in Guantanamo cite the most recent ruling from the Supreme Court around Hobby Lobby's rights as a way to invoke the religious rights of detainees … check out Al Jazeera America's account here

It is amazing that we are at a place where the precedent for protection of rights is with corporations first and individuals second -- if at all. and what will happen to women's access to health care and reproductive services once this ruling is used in more cases? can this arguement by Gitmo legal team positively affect women's health while protecting the religious freedom of detainees.  In looking at the second point Katherine Franke's breakdown of what's at stake in the Hobby Lobby decision : "As Corporations Become More And More Human, Women Become Less And Less So" what could be interesting about the Gitmo defense is that they are at least pushing for the rights of real humans to have the same protections as those 'radically expanded the “rights bearing personality” of corporations'. Or will they instead only bolster Religious Rights as supreme of all rigthts when there are conflicts? What is this the activist duty of civil and human rights lawyers now -- to push on these rulings (Citizens United and now Hobby Lobby) to also expand the rights of humans?
